With our 3's company we focus on keeping the training at "your" level, so that you can improve and enjoy your training. We join 3 individuals that match each other in terms of goals, fitness and compatibility. But still keeping your training individual! Spread the cost, not the attention.
We recently opened our bespoke studio in Maybank Business Centre.
We believe Personal Training should be "personal" and effective! So our studio is client focused and offers freedom that cant be found in a gym.

We truely offer training without boundaries! Parks, Forest or local Play Ground. We love the outdoors! So we have put together outdoors specifc training that is garuanteed to get your heart racing.

Can't make it to the gym? No Problem, we can bring our training to you. Our equipment is fully portable and we can set up and be training in minutes.
